A non-comprehensive list of conditions for which the VNL Heal nutritional intervention can be essential: acute and chronic gastrointestinal issues (e.g., gastritis, enteritis, IBD), adverse reactions to food, allergies, cancer, cognitive senile dysfunction, chronic kidney disease, cystitis, diabetes, epilepsy, heart disease, hyperlipidemia, liver disease, megaesophagus, osteoarthritis, pancreatic disease, urinary stones. BEFORE THE CALL 1. Once you have booked, you will immediately receive an email with your consultation details, including the link to the Zoom meeting. If Zoom does not work for you, please email me so we can choose another platform for the video call (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Google Meet). 2. You will also receive another email containing the receipt of your payment automatically issued by my payment service provider (Stripe). 3. Once you have booked the consultation, you should send me via email any relevant exam results and clinical reports you may have. DURING THE CALL 1. The first part of the video call is dedicated to collecting the medical anamnesis. Exam results and clinical reports should be sent via mail before the call. 2. The second part of the video call is dedicated to collecting the diet history. 3. The third part of the video call is dedicated to explaining and discussing the diet protocol chosen based on the specifics of the case and answering any questions that may arise. AFTER THE CALL 1. You will receive the feeding plan via mail within 72 hours of the call. For homemade diets, this will usually include 3 different interchangeable menus (unless for clinical reasons a single menu should be adopted), all complete and balanced (NRC, AAFCO, and FEDIAF requirements). The plan includes the nutritional supplementation discussed during the call, along with instructions on dosages. 2. You will also receive a guide with useful practical information about food administration, storage, ingredients to avoid, and other essential knowledge about pet nutrition. 3. Mail and zoom calls follow-ups are included until the health issue is resolved. If it's a chronic long-term issue (for example, chronic kidney disease), the follow-up is included for 6 months.
